Soul Mates by Guy Belleranti

The two
reunite
in the moonlight,
their feelings
for one another
not at all cooled
by the long separation.

Their eyes meet,
fingers link,
and they walk among gravestones,
two living dead
soul mates
searching…salivating
for a warm-blooded meal to share.
