he
said
to me
What can I
give to you, my love?
I replied to my hero, the

he brought me her heart
even though
she was
his
first

he
said
to me
what else
can I give to you?
I replied to my dearest, dear

the foul heart of thine enemy
he brought me the head
on a plate
instead
his
foe

he
said
what more
can I give
to my lovely wife?
I replied to my husband, why

everything you possibly can
And with thrusting sword

he thus gave
to me
his
Life
